We, that is - Chris & Donna aka Raja Rana & Queen Frog, have been painting and creating with ultra violet colours to produce psychedelic alternative realities in parties, clubs and festivals for 15 years. The Full Moon parties of Koh Pha-Ngan in 90/91 gave us our introduction to psychedelic music and the medium of fluorescent paints. Discovering the amazing 3-dimensional depth from simple body art stimulated the beginning of a devotion which has resulted in the creation of hundreds of drapes, sculptures and costumes.
Returning from Thailand to the UK, we were disappointed to find a music scene with very little trance and within the bare walls of a sports hall or theatre. We had danced in such stunning surroundings in Thailand and knew how essential the environment was in achieving the heights of experience we all desire from a party.
